INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

These knee pads are considered Category I personal protective equipment (minimal risks) and consequently come under Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

Erreà knee pads are designed to protect the knees during regular volleyball activities.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

This protective gear has been designed to protect players in the event of minor impact with the ground and/or other players.

The garment must be close-fitting to ensure protection is evenly distributed around the knee. The impact is absorbed at the point of contact while allowing the user to move freely.

Use the table to select the most suitable protection for you (measurement – size).

Check the class of protection provided (Class A for users weighing ≤ 50 kg / Class B for users weighing > 50 kg).

Knee pads should be positioned between the thigh and calf with the protective pad at the front covering the knee.

PRECAUTIONS

Even when the protective gear is used correctly, some injuries are still inevitable. In fact, no equipment can offer total protection against injuries.

Erreà declines all liability for any injuries as indicated above.

These knee pads are designed for volleyball players.

Their protective functions are not suited to other sporting activities.

Before use, make sure the gear is in good condition.

Over time (repeated impact, washing, abrasion during use) the product may yield or get damaged, resulting in a reduction in the initial level of protection. In particular, knee pads may shrink or deteriorate. In this case, it is advisable to replace your knee pads.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

• Machine wash, warm temperature no higher than 30°C.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Keep in a dry place away from humidity to promote the evaporation of perspiration.
• Do not place on or near heat sources.
• Avoid contact with chemical products.

WARNING!

These knee pads have been designed to mitigate the effects of minor impact and grazing resulting from friction between the knee and the ground.

These knee pads do not offer protection against any risks other than those described in this information.

Always inspect the protective gear carefully before use.

Any signs of wear or deterioration may reduce performance in terms of protection.

Instructions for measuring size according to the manufacturer: measure the circumference of the leg approximately 8 cm above the kneecap, while keeping the joint slightly bent.
